Mardi Gras Mask

They had a Mardi Gras week and this is one of the projects Kam made

March 9th

Love this mardi Gras mask! colored it with yellow green and purple. then decorated it with buttons/confettie etc. I turned out so well!

March 8th

This is like a little maraca. they took toilet paper rolls and put paper caps on them and filled with small rocks and decorated the outsides. They have pretty good sound to them!

March 8th

They are having a mardi gras week at preschool. They take pictures and draw letters in them. the teacher will then say everyone find the "a" and color it purple. Kam can recognize quite a few letters and draw o's and p's. He is so smart and everyone who works at his daycare thinks he is older than he is!

Valentines 2011

these are Kamrons valentine envelopes he has one from daycare and one from preschool. I haven't taken pics yet becuase they have been holding his little treats.

Free form art. they took bright colors of yarn and dipped them in glue and then put them on a piece of cardstock! so bright!

Feb 14

FEB 14 Kam made my this valentine. finger painted then he threaded the yarn through the wholes. I love this 1st valentine from my baby boy!

Made in December took cotton balls and pulled them out to make the snowman and then yarn for the scarf. I like snowman and = tought this was very cute

They did a North pole week in January at day care and made this penguin. Cut out of felt colored with crayons and has googley eyes.

Why a blog?

This is a blog that I have created for my son, well probably more for me, but nonetheless its for my love of my son. Kamron is a very active boy who Goes to daycare and preschool, and eventually will be in real school. As a result I ofter get flooded with papers. I love seeing what my son does every day but I hate clutter..... THen the light bulb came on. I can take pictures upload to the blog, share with grandparents and family, then print a book annually. A win-win in my mind I get to keep everything he has made but I don't have the clutter! Please enjoy watching my son grow and his creativity shine through! His daddy and I love him very, very much!
